Commercial rates depend on frequency, premises and scope. End-of-tenancy prices assume a normally maintained, unfurnished property; heavy build-up, furnished properties, carpet extraction, parking, congestion and specialist work are quoted separately. Starting prices may also vary with condition, location, access, materials and timing. Care-setting work is subject to an initial requirements and risk assessment. Your exact scope and price are agreed before work begins.
